Harrison Snow’s mission is to help organizations become more
cohesive and productive. As the director of Team Building Associates heuses a variety of approaches to build strong, mutually supportive teams
and inspire successful change. His team building methods include off-site
facilitation, management training, team-building activities, conflict mediation,
ropes courses and business planning, Over the past 22 years he has conducted
organizational development and team building in 23 countries.

Harrison has an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird
School of Global
Management in Glendale, Arizona. He is an experienced ropes course
facilitator and certified
in the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator (MBTI) and the
Fundamental Interpersonal Relations
Orientation (FIRO-B).
He belongs to the
local chapters of the Organizational Development
Network (ODN) and the Facilitators in Development.
Harrison is recognized by
his peers as a masterful facilitator. He
conducts train-the-trainer programs for other consultants
and facilitators.
Because of his team building skills he is frequently asked to work with groups
that are dealing with challenging issues.
Countries he has conducted
programs in 23 countries including: Honduras, Dominican Republic,
Tajikistan, Albania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Australia, East Timor,
Canada, Israel, Romania,
Malawi, Laos, Thailand, Bulgaria, and Venezuela.
He has also conducted programs with a significant cross-cultural component in the Washington
DC area
including one involving Uzbekistan government and World Bank officials.
Recently he
designed and conducted team building programs for
the State Department involving foreign
service nationals from over 50 different countries worldwide.
